Time to get corporate websites in line


As the third quarter 10-Q deadlines roll around (November 14, for non-accelerated filers), we thought that this would be a good time for a reminder that the Inline XBRL amendments we blogged about have been phased in so issuers should ensure that: (1) the outdated “and posted on its corporate website” language is removed from the Form 10-Q cover page and (2) investor-focused web pages no longer contain XBRL files.

In fact, the SEC just recently updated its Form 10-Q link to encompass the modified cover page: https://www.sec.gov/about/forms/form10-q.pdf
